"Porky" star Wyatt Knight was found dead in Hawaii with gunshots that was said to be self-inflicted.
The family said on Friday that the actor ended his life because he couldn't bear the pain cause by a stage 4 non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. In 2003, the actor had radiation treatments and had bone marrow transplant.
The statement of the family said, "He was tired of the pain and after much contemplation, chose to end his life in a beautiful and a serene place, his family and friends are devastated. He was deeply loved by all who knew him and will be missed every day."
The actor's body was found in the upcountry region. The result of the investigation said that has a wound cause by a gunshot which was self-inflicted.
Knight played as Tommy Turner in the comedy trilogy, "Porky."
The memorial service details wasn't announce by the family.
